Milo is the creator of EMStudio and several other teacher-centric design resources. Originally an aerospace engineer, he gradually became dissatisfied with his routine and wanted a change… he ended up buying a one-way ticket to Southeast Asia.

Many years later, he found himself at the top private English academy in Korea as the Content Coordinator for 22 teachers across 12 different campuses. Teaching so many different classes to hundreds of students of varying skill levels and grades was becoming increasingly challenging to manage. So he started looking for productivity tools to help him stay organized, and that's when he stumbled upon Notion. He loved it immediately.

Using Notion, he started to build a dashboard system that he could use to manage all of his classes and students. This leads him to appreciate, study, and obsess over productivity and organization with the single goal of creating the best education management system in Notion.
